You should rent a bike otherwise is very far to walk in the heat to the beach or center

Everything from the receptionist to the room cleaning over the Songkran period was fantastic, the hotel is the best value for money, simply awesome

What would you highlight about Triple Rund Place

The size of the room was very good, and for the price getting an AC room was a great bargain. The staff were cooperative in that I came at 3 am and didn't have sufficient cash on for me for my entire trip, so I just paid part of my bill and they let me pay the rest when money exchanges would open next day. It's at a good location, adjacent to Simon's Cabaret (which I'd also recommend by the way). It's a little far from Bangla Road, not much- just 1-2 miles but late at night the bikes charge 100+ baht to drive you back and it adds up very quickly. I found rental scooters, taxis from nearby very easily to go to main attractions like Big Buddha, Wat Chalong.

The bathroom is slightly small, I just wish the toilet and the shower had more space between them. Also for the price, I found a better accomodation very close to Bangla Road (Hotel Sea Princess), so it's a bit pricey for it's distance from Bangla Road.

It was 10 minutes walk into town/the beach

It had unclean sheets and towels, the bathroom was dirty, and when speaking to a receptionist in the morning he did try to help whilst playing games on his phone (not very professional at all)

Very nice friendly hotel. Pretty close to the beach about 10-15 mins walk, very nice Spa 2 streets away and in the middle of walk to the beach you pass by Food Market with excellent smoothies and local street food. Really enjoyed our stay in Patong Beach !

Mold on the walls everywhere. there was water coming down the walls on the floor when it was raining- risk of electrocution. We had mouse droppings in the bathroom- they were not there when we arrived. We left the first thing in the morning. Awful- avoid!

Bed was stained . Aircon did not work had to change room to a dirty Rome . The cleaning staff ware very nice and do to much work . The people running it are not good and not really nice . I also got no breakfast when I payed for betekfast included in my stay . I asked about the breakfast and they say it was impossible for them to do breakrast there and told me I had to go to another place ware I would have to pay for it again . I only realised I have been also overcharged for my stay by quit a lot when I logged in and seen I booked it for les of a price don they tuck of my card and also chard charge . I will never stay there again I am sl let down by the hotel . Also wifi is very bad there

The price

One day they didn't clean our room , the room kinda stink , no hot water cuz they depend on solarium, the safe was put on the floor which was very stupid, the bathroom looks like hostel , the furniture is so old , painting was old with lots of spots on it

The hotel is 30 min walk from the center. The pictures I saw on booking are not the real situation you will see on site!! Really disappointed!! For this price you could find something better
